Mrs K story - "In February 2017 I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer, Her 2 positive. I was new to Florida and newly married. While it was a scary time for me, it actually changed me for the better. You face this terrible thing yet you have to face it with a strong positive attitude. I would wake up, deal with how I felt and then go on to make the best of my day. I wouldn't let cancer define me. I came to Rhea because I was ready to see myself in a new light. I was ready to embrace the changes, the curves, and my new cleavage. I decided I wanted this as a gift to myself. I was nervous at first because I knew I had scars and I was fearful that they would show, but I can honestly say that once we started, I completely forgot about them. I felt amazing through my entire photo journey experience. It was absolutely life-changing. I got to let my inner beauty shine and show that scars don't matter when you’re feeling beautiful."
