BUSWORLD and GEM Indonesia proudly present Session 5 in the Busworld Southeast Asia Webinar Series.
Indonesia is focusing on the development of electric buses where it can reduce greenhouse gas emission and reduce the need for fossil fuel consumption. The Ministry of Transportation is heavily investing and promoting the use of new energy vehicles. The government has set a target to put 41,000 electric buses into operation by 2024. And also, The City-owned bus operator-Transjakarta has an ambitious plan to expand its electric bus (E-bus) fleet to 10.000 units by 2030.
To support that programs, GEM Indonesia and Busworld will hold The Busworld Southeast Asia Webinar Series – Session 5 with theme “ Electric Mobility : Future Indonesia toward Zero Emission Buses in the Cities” which will be held on October 28, 2021. This session will be more focused in operational, policy, breakthrough and readiness of electric bus in Indonesia.
