Do you want to know what is the best thing about the cooking class?

Sharing our food culture with our guests, making them understand the seasonality of vegetables and the importance of local and home-produced ingredients....there is nothing more beautiful than enriching the guest with these things, of how we, we live this strong passion every day for healthy food, with a unique flavor.

In our course which takes place on Monday or Tuesday and starts at 10.00 with the harvest in the garden and at 10.30 the course begins.

Let's cook:
- 2 types of pasta, gnocchi, and tagliatelle with seasonal vegetable sauces. Sometimes we vary the types of pasta, also on the specific needs of each guest.

Today we are here in Villa Le Torri in the heart of Tuscany, , to show you an example of a cooking class we do in May; a cooking class from the land to the table to create incredible flavors.

Before starting the cooking class, we go together with our guests to choose the vegetables from our organic garden, cared for with all the passion that we now generate.

in the period from March to the end of May, we will also go in search of fresh artichokes from our vegetable garden
Our intent is to let you discover the true flavors of our vegetables and herbs cooked, in a simple way, with a unique taste, making the dishes rich in nutritional values thanks to our chef and your collaboration.

This is one of our great passions, which we like to share with all of you, to bring each of you closer to our culture and the tradition of our cuisine. We like to tell all our guests that there is a seasonality of vegetables and that only at certain times of the year, do some vegetables have the maximum flavor. Use of local flour, and fresh eggs for homemade pasta as it once was.

In the cooking class, you will prepare two types of pasta, a main course, a side dish, and a dessert, and at the end, we will have lunch together accompanied by good wine.

We are also pleased to know that our guests are very satisfied with this course.
