Mount Mary, 2815 m above sea level, is our home mountain, on whose slopes lie much of our vineyards. It stands tall, above the horizon and protects our vineyards in its embrace. We take the water from its source to irrigate our vines, drop by drop.
So our first sparkling wine could not but recall its name.
Montmary is an extra brut sparkling wine made by the traditional method, with disgorgement after 15 months of aging on yeasts.
The result is a wine with a bright rosé color, with a fruity and floral fragrance, with characteristic notes of the original grape varieties. On the palate it has good freshness and flavor.
Excellent as an aperitif.
