Saturday the 26th November was the date of the Branch Line Society Class 315 Commemorative Event. This was a tour to say a farewell to the class 315's as they are saying from 9th December 2022 the 315's will no longer serve the Elizabeth line. As of writing this 1 315 has been secured which is 315856 a big well done on the Class 315 Preservation Society for achieving this goal .
I did meet many people on the tour day on the train or at Liverpool Street
they were: @Fredstrains @thegreateasterntrainfan3121 Francis Bourgeois and many more
It's been great on the tour even better than i though using the loop at Shenfield, The avoiding lines at Manor Park / Ilford.
You can catch the 315's still they are on liverpool Street to Gidea Park services on weekdays only in peek hours (subject to change since some have a 345 now)
