33-year-old Cheryl Thomas died Sunday, Dec. 16, after she lost control of her car and crashed near S. Jones Boulevard and Sahara Avenue.
Officers with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department say the mother of three was driving her car at a high rate of speed around 4:00 a.m. when she lost control and hit the median.
