Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Thursday addressed the U.N. Security Council amid fears Russia is trying to stage a “false-flag” incident to use as a pretext to invade Ukraine. “I am here today not to start a war, but to prevent one,” Blinken said. He disputed Russian claims it's drawing down forces, adding the latest information indicated Russia was “preparing to launch an attack against Ukraine in the coming days."
