Darrell Brooks' agitation with the judge reached another level during discussions about jury instructions at his trial for the Waukesha Christmas parade crash that killed six and injured dozens. After the judge had officers remove the wall of boxes Brooks had constructed, they began discussing some of the jury instructions. Brooks at one point escalated his anger, screaming at the judge and banging his fist on the table over one charge that he claimed was double jeopardy.
