Landowners Meeting: Summit & Navigator CO2 Pipelines (June 14, 2022)

Landowners in Nebraska on the routes of proposed carbon pipelines from Summit Carbon Solutions and Navigator CO2 Ventures were invited to hear from landowners' attorney Brian Jorde, with Omaha-based Domina Law Group and the Nebraska Easement Action Team (NEAT), about what rights landowners have re: surveyors and eminent domain, and the advantages of joining a landowners' legal co-op like NEAT.
