Nine Israeli soldiers have been arrested, after video emerged allegedly showing the sexual abuse of a Palestinian detainee.
The release of the CCTV footage, by an Israeli TV channel, follows a report by the country's leading human rights organisation, which says conditions in prisons housing Palestinians amount to torture.
