I mowed the lawn for the first time this spring, and the grass height was out of control, but that is part of what made the video interesting. Our yard around the house being so unmaintained almost made it look like the house was abandoned. I went through almost 2 tanks of gas during this process, it was probably a lot more work for the engine than normal. I also had to go around the spray painted lines marking the utilities in our yard.

This video should actually be called "how not to do lawn mowing". While I was mowing I didn't seem to notice how randomly I was going around the yard. Funny story: this was the last time I used this mower. The blades were very bent and dull which was why I had to go over each area at least twice, but also the whole mower was at the end of it's life. Towards the end of the video I keep stopping in the middle of the field, and that is because the drive belt kept burning/smoking and then falling off, and I had to wait for it to cool down before I could replace it and finish mowing. The engine had also lost it's bolts and was about ready to fall onto the ground at times, so that was probably why the belt kept coming off. We got a new mower soon after this, but this video should really be considered humor as a "worst case scenario" for lawn mowing.
