Here's what you need to make 60- 65 Delicious energy balls!
2 cups PEANUT BUTTER
1 cups PUMPKIN PUREE
2 tsp VANILLA EXTRACT
1 cup MAPLE SYRUP
3 cups GLUTEN-FREE ROLLED OATS
(add more if your batter is too sticky for you)
1/2 cup CHIA SEEDS
2 T. PUMPKIN SPICE
2 tsp HEMP SEEDS
1 cup DARK CHOCOLATE CHIPS
Be sure to freeze the mixture slightly before you roll them. It makes it easier to roll into balls.
