In the related video "Unknotting Bach Goldberg Variation 23 - Take 1" I played the ornaments shall I say - experimentally - thinking of the sound of birds chirping close to the piano while I practicing this variation.

In this short "Take 2" video I re-play Variation 23 with the ornaments treated in the more usual way - then repeat the ornamented sections with the metronome at a slow tempo to demonstrate which notes coincide with which, and fall on the beat.
