This is a video on how to get the best/fastest render settings. This is for 720p and if you want 1080p simply click the 1080p setting that makes the window widescreen. Also, this works if you are importing a clip from whatever capture card you are using. I have a roxio so I figured that wouldn't exactly be the best settings so I used bandicam.
