Hello everyone!
Welcome back to another video, today we have a video of the Yorkshire PLPR based out of York this week. This very well might have been the last time that 37s are seen on this working as it is gradually getting handed over to HST powercars!
There were some problems with 37219 after departing Derby on the morning of 29/4 which restricted Jonty Jarvis to 5mph which meant that they had to send the train back to Derby RTC to get the issue fixed. The formation ended up leaving 3.5 hours late!
On 30/4 a path was put in going from Holgate Siding to Holgate Siding via Derby RTC. The purpose of this being to swap 37607 with 37254 for some reason!
So get ready for thrash, clag and LOTS of tones!
29/4: Shot one and two: 37219 arrives and powers out of York with triple tones. 37607 is on the rear.
Shot three: 37607 ROARS AND POWERS out of York with more tones!
1/5: Shot one: 37219 roars out of Holgate sidings with lots of tones! Top driver! 37254 is on the rear.
2/5: Shot one: 37254 rumbles away from a standing start and through dringhouses with a two tone! 37219 is on the rear.
