Baked florentine is a popular continental dish and Aayushi prepared it for the first time. It came out really well. That's what inspired us to share this recipe and hope you enjoy it too!
Ingredients:
• For White Sauce
1. Butter 3 tbsp
2. White flour (maida) 3 tbsp
3. Milk 1 litre
4. Sugar 1 tsp
5. Salt and Black Pepper to taste
• For Spinach Mixture
1. Butter 2 tsp
2. Garlic 5-6 cloves, chopped
3. Blanched Spinach, 1 cup, chopped
• Cheese
• Chilli flakes, Salt and Black Pepper to taste
