I promise this lemon tiramisu will become your favorite dessert! This delightful treat combines the zesty flavor of lemons with the creamy goodness of traditional tiramisu, creating a dessert that’s perfect for any day.
For this recipe, I used:
• Lemons: 2 (for ½ cup of juice)
• Cornstarch: 1 tbsp. (10 grams)
• Eggs: 2
• Sugar: ½ cup (100 grams) for the lemon curd + 4 tbsp. (50 grams) for the creamy mascarpone mixture
• Butter: 3 ½ tbsp. (50 grams)
• Whipping cream: ½ cup (110 grams)
• Mascarpone: 1 cup (250 grams)
• Ladyfingers: As needed - I used two for each serving
For ladyfingers soaking:
• Limoncello: 4 tbsp. (50 milliliters)
• Water: 4 tbsp. (50 milliliters)
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving to let the flavors meld together. Grate some lemon zest on top for an extra burst of flavor.
