As a salesperson, your role is to help your buyer and or client. Even with all of the best sales tips and techniques, you will still need to deal with concerns. Building trust in sales is one of the ways you overcome problems with buyers. Overcoming objections can start with the words and phrases you use. There are multiple word tracks for salespeople. One of the scripts you can use revolves around "You already know what you need to do, you are just looking for confirmation". Sales objections and rebuttals are tools you need to have in order to get to the next step in sales.
