Had to limit my session to 10 jumps Today. Lower back has been a bit worse lately. Also feeling it in my glutes and back of left heel. Wasn't sure if I'd jump Today but after a solid hour warm up, my body was feeling confident and ready. I paced myself and some very mild bum/lower back pain came and went. But got my 10 jumps in. Pretty happy to almost be dunking 9'6" again! I reckon I'll be hitting that again very soon.
