A lawsuit has been filed against the Harrisburg Police Department regarding an October car crash with a police officer that left a teen dead.
Eighteen-year-old Marion Holmes was killed in the early morning hours of Oct. 3 when a Harrisburg Police cruiser was driving the wrong way on a one-way street and struck a car Holmes was a passenger in.
