In this cake decorating tutorial I use two different cakes to show how to outline and pipe flowers onto buttercream cakes with slightly different techniques, using just a piping bag with a small round tip, some cookie cutters (or parchment paper with a toothpick), and an offset spatula and/or paintbrush.
