It's Vivian. Today I wanted to share with you somm tips on how to store your wines at home and at what temperature. Sadly, my wine fridge stopped working so I wasn't able to show you how I normally store my wines. We'll cover short term storage so that you can have your wines ready to drink at all times (we love a well-prepared host/hostess) and long term storage for wines that need aging. This is a basic guide for everyday people. Stay tuned for more as I research and buy a new wine fridge.
