The ingredients:

1 package (250 - 260 g) Puff Pastry

For the cream:
475 ml of milk
6 egg yolks
135 g of sugar
40 g of corn starch
If you do not have corn starch, use 40 g of flour (but if possible, prepare it with corn starch)
1 tsp liquid vanilla (you can use powder or vanilla paste)

For decoration:
almond flakes (or nuts as desired, maybe sesame or poppy seeds)
powdered sugar
