Ingredients: - per 3 mini cones

3 small waffle cones
decorative sugar and sprinkles

green food color


--Stiff Royal Icing--
1 Tbsp meringue powder
1.5 Tbsp hot water
1 cup sugar
extract flavor of choice (optional)
