One of the conditioning drills that I do for strongman fitness is carrying a 150 pound sandbag on my shoulders and running around the garden with it.
I measured one lap to be 27 metres/90 feet and I run as many times as possible in 15 minutes and I managed 21 laps so total distance covered was approx. 577 metres or just over half a kilometre. The bag is 68kg or 150 pounds and is small and compact so difficult to handle and lift.
