In this tutorial we bake normal maps in Substance Painter and show you how to properly adjust and optimize your cages in ZBrush whenever required, using a few of the cage creation methods available in the DRS Tools plugin, to properly bake artifact free texture maps in the next tutorial.
DRS Tools v1.0 is a set of 47 ZBrush functions designed to help you speed up your everyday workflow in ZBrush and save you countless hours especially when it comes to preparing your models for baking your normal maps in a texture baking application like Substance Painter.
