Shocking footage shows a driver reversing into another car on New York City's Belt Parkway. It began when a silver Honda cut off a driver right behind him. He comes to a complete stop in the middle of the busy Queens highway. The driver brakes in time but then the Honda suddenly reverses slamming the accelerator.
