With only a free 45 minutes available to me, I dashed outside and worked out how this Shock absorber went back on. The bottom plate has still to be bolted on, but with my time gone, plus a further 15 minutes I pinched. It had to be left as it is, partly fitted.
it's always a little progress, plus tomorrow's another day, right.
