This video is a portion of the 2024 Instructional Video that includes much more information on the Utah Circuit Breaker program. That video ran longer than expected so I cut this 13 minute section out and posted it to make it quicker for folks to get the information on how to fill out the forms. Get them in by December 31st!!!!!!!
But the other video has some very important information about Circuit Breaker publicity, participation, improvements to Circuit Breaker, funding, and the future and possible elimination of this program that served 44,608 households in 2023. Please find some time to view that.

This Renter Refund program serves people who have rented a home, apartment, or paid a lot rental on space for a manufactured home or trailer.
Qualifications?
You must've turned 66 by the end of 2023, or be an unmarried widow or widower of ANY age who was married to your spouse when they passed.
You must've lived in Utah all of 2023, you can't be a tax deduction on someone else's tax return, and your household income must be less than $40,840.
