o 1 and ½ cup Water
o Salt as Required

o 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
o 1 Onion
o ½ Capsicum
o 1 tsp Garam Masala
o Pinch of Salt
o 2 Cup Boiled Biryani Rice
o 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder mixed in Milk
