California's governor recently signed a dozen pro-abortion and gender related measures into law. Democrat Gavin Newsom says he wants California to become a sanctuary state for abortion and gender surgeries. Several of the recently signed measures clash with pro-life laws in other states. Many pro-lifers say the new laws are illegal. Executive Director of Heritage Action for America, Jessica Anderson, joins to tell us more about these 12 new laws and which ones concern her the most. One of the new laws targets parents who do not support their children's gender transition surgery. Anderson shares more about this and what could happen to parents who object. Anderson explains why the California measures might be considered illegal. She discusses how she sees this playing out. On another note, a new all-trimester abortion clinic recently opened in Maryland. Anderson fills us in on these clinics, what they are for and how many there are around the country.
