This video shows a solution to fixing a Chevrolet radio that displays the word LOCKED, with none of the radio functions and feature working at all. No sound, no volume, no changing the source etc etc. The only thing that was working on was my bluetooth for phone calls (it was previous set up before the screen LOCKED) and the rear camera worked.
