Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe, 39, was jailed in Iran for supposedly spying. Her husband Richard Ratcliffe says she is being denied medical treatment and is 'clearly at the end of her tether'. Mr Ratcliffe says his wife is suffering from a mystery illness that has numbed her right arm, hand and neck, and she is now unable to cook, knit or lift a book. Nazanin has now spent 925 days of a five year sentence in prison.
