When someone close to us gets arrested, we feel so helpless. We are not aware what our rights are. There are times when our near ones are treated badly in Police Stations. Sometimes kids and ladies are summoned to the Police Station and subjected to harassment saying that they have to do some enquiry. Then there are incidents of our near ones being beaten up or assaulted in the Police Station.
