This is the most common fault code (F09, or error 09) that can not be cleared after restarting or resetting the inverter, it is a permanent fault that is created by an external factor. That means a high current surge or a short circuit enters the inverter unit from the AC input.
Due to the complexity of the main inverter board, it is very difficult to repair the inverter , there are visible signs of failed components but a number of smaller component may have failed.
