I know that I am just a kid, but I am also learning how to cook my favorite dishes. So here I am, in my first cooking vlog, cooking my most favorite Filipino dish called DINUGUAN.
It's a pork blood stew, wherein you cook the fresh pork blood, and blend it with vinegar, onions, garlic, black ground pepper and green pepper (Fresno or Shishito) depends on your spice tolerance.
You may also add water depends on the type of stew thickness you want.
You should try this very famous Filipino dish. You can eat this along with rice, or you can dip your rice cakes on this dish.
