Video of flushing a marine fuel tank that has sludge in it. Couldn't remove the tank from the boat, so had to come up with another idea. Didn't want to pay big bucks and be without the boat while I still had work to do on it. A $50 12 volt fuel pump from Advance Auto does the trick. I connected the fuel tank to a small pre-filter that came with the pump (didn't want to buy another 1/4NPT 3/8" fuel nipple), to the pump, then to my water/fuel separator, then back to the fuel fill. By running the pump several hours this should do nicely. I'll then add my 2 stroke oil and pump it some more to thorughly mix it and I'll be ready to fish next week.
