Kenyan President William Ruto on June 26 stepped back from signing the controversial Finance Bill. Ruto's decision comes after weeks of protests which left over 20 people dead. However, Ruto's back trailing on the bill isn't likely to stop the protests. Protesters in Kenya say they will go ahead with "One Million People March" on June 27
