We visited Chieti, one of Italy's and Abruzzo's most ancient cities and explored some of its 'must see' sights including the Archeological Museums of Abruzzo, Amphitheatre, Chieti Cathedral (Duomo di Chieti; Cattedrale di San Giustino), had a wander through the city's charming old streets, and, of course, had a great lunch. If you have time then Chieti is the place not only for sightseeing but to spend some time in the wonderful bars and restaurants as well as doing a bit of shopping in its lovely boutiques. There is so much to see and do in this wonderful city, we couldn't do it all in a day let alone a weekend and hence we have had to edit our video footage into two parts. We still have a lot left to explore in Chieti and can't wait to visit this fabulous city again soon.
