Authorities in National Water and Sewerage Corporation say the shortage of water in parts of Kampala and its surrounding areas will be rectified by August this year. The revelation was made by the corporation’s acting General Manager Alfred Okot at a news conference held to respond to complaints raised yesterday by residents of Kyengera in Wakiso district.
