Namashkar Dosto Is video maine aapko Yeh bataya hai ki aap apne RO ki complete wiring kaise karenge is video ko last Tak dekhiye achha Lage toh like share subscribe kijiye.
RO water Purifier Electrical connection Diagram in Hindi
in this video You will Learn About how to do Electrical Connection of RO Water Purifier
There are 5 Electrical component in a RO Water Purifier
1 SMPS ( switch Mode Power Supply )
2. Soleniod Valve
3. Pressure Switch
4. Booster Pump
5 Float Switch
What does Switched-Mode Power Supply (SMPS) mean?
A switched-mode power supply (SMPS) is an electronic circuit that converts power using switching devices that are turned on and off at high frequencies, and storage components such as inductors or capacitors to supply power when the switching device is in its non-conduction state.
Switching power supplies have high efficiency and are widely used in a variety of electronic equipment, including computers and other sensitive equipment requiring stable and efficient power supply.
Pressure Switch
A pressure switch is a form of switch that operates an electrical contact when a certain set fluid pressure has been reached on its input. The switch may be designed to make contact either on pressure rise or on pressure fall. Pressure switches are widely used in industry to automatically supervise and control systems that use pressurized fluids.
Another type of pressure switch detects mechanical force; for example, a pressure-sensitive mat is used to automatically open doors on commercial buildings. Such sensors are also used in security alarm applications such as pressure sensitive floors.
Solenoid Valve - How They Work
A solenoid valve is an electrically controlled valve. The valve features a solenoid, which is an electric coil with a movable ferromagnetic core (plunger) in its center. In the rest position, the plunger closes off a small orifice. An electric current through the coil creates a magnetic field. The magnetic field exerts an upwards force on the plunger opening the orifice. This is the basic principle that is used to open and close solenoid valves.
What is a Float Switch
A float switch is a type of level sensor, a device used to detect the level of liquid within a tank. The switch may be used to control a pump, as an indicator, an alarm, or to control other devices.
Booster Pump
An RO booster pump is used when the normal water pressure feeding an RO system needs to be increased or boosted. The efficiency of an RO booster pump depends on the incoming pressure of the feed water. The typical reverse osmosis system requires at least 50 psi feeding the system to function properly. If the water pressure is below 50 psi, the system will produce less water at a lower quality.
