We are a large family of 5 kids 6 years old and under. So it takes a lot of planning to keep this home running smoothly. Here are just a few, simple ways I meal plan. This is a weekly meal plan routine and it has helped our food budget stay on track. I hope this is good motivation to start meal planning! :)

RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
Slow Cooker Mexican Chili
- 1 lb Chicken Breast
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can corn
- 1 can red kidney beans
- 1 can Rotel
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 pack of Taco Seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Spanish Rice
- 1 cup of dry rice
- 1 tbs of Better Than Bouillon
- 1 8 oz. can of tomato sauce
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
