🍽 Fitchi House is the only restaurant in Seattle serving authentic Central Asian cuisine. If you haven’t tried it yet, this is a must-visit spot!

🌍 Central Asian cuisine is shared by Uyghur Chinese, Uzbeks, Kyrgyz, Kazakh, and Turkmens. Many well-known cuisines like Turkish, Persian, and Indian evolved from this region.

👩‍🍳 A lovely lady from Kyrgyzstan, passionate about food, runs Fitchi House and recreates the same dishes she grew up eating at home. No wonder everything is so delicious!

🍴 I’ve had their signature dish Fitchi (Central Asian meat pie) many times, and it’s always a winner!

For the first time, I tried 3 new dishes—and I highly recommend them all:

🍜 Laghman: Hand-pulled noodles topped with fried meat, veggies, and savory stew.
🥟 Gosh Naan: A deep-fried meat pie.
🍖 Kazan Kabab: Meat cooked with subtle spices in a special wok called Kazan, served with jasmine rice.

🍕 They also have a full menu of Italian Pizzas, all Halal—one of the few places where you’ll find traditional pizzas like these. And they’re so good! No surprise, since Central Asians are known as some of the best bakers in the world.
