The lucky fugitive who wins will be plastered across the ECSO's social media and electronic billboards for the next week or unless if we catch them sooner. This is where we need the community's help. If you know where the fugitive is or have information that could lead to their arrest, let us know. All tips are anonymous. Or you can simply call the ECSO at 436-9620 and pass on your information if you do not wish to be considered for a reward.
