This morning is pretty routine. Mom starts catching fish and delivering them to the hungry eaglets. They eat, lay down, get up and stretch; do warbles(stretching both wings over the back). D29 is definitely working on wing flapping. D31 seems to be catching up to older siblings in skills and also along with D30, becoming more assertive in taking bites of food from Mom's beak. Last week we noticed that the feedings are occurring less frequently, but sometimes taking longer depending on what's on the menu. Each of the eaglets did get a few bites of this one fish. Mom will go after another right away. The eaglets are growing super fast now. It's hard to see the Y branch and not see Dad perched there. The birds are singing this morning. I hear Mocking Birds and Red winged Blackbirds. What are those others? Thanks for watching!
