Blake Bortles was the No. 3 pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, and was supposed to be the franchise Quarterback of the Jacksonville Jaguars. Bortles could never play consistently well enough for the Jaguars to be yearly playoff contenders, but it seems odd that not a single team has taken a chance on him since he was released by Jacksonville.
