I recently traveled from Lahore to Karachi with Daewoo Express, where I faced a disappointing situation with their sleeper bus service. Even though I was at the terminal 1.5 hours early, the Daewoo sleeper bus had already left without any proper explanation or refund policy. Instead, they provided an alternate luxury seater bus, which was an hour late. While the luxury seater bus was comfortable and offered good entertainment like TV and games, the overall experience left me dissatisfied.
Many travelers recommend Faisal Movers for offering a more affordable and well-organized service with proper food stops at hotels, which Daewoo Express doesn’t provide consistently.
