If you need to update the firmware on your Platform M or Platform X DAW controller by Icon Pro Audio, you simply have to follow these few steps.

IMPORTANT: If you have both a Platform M and a Platform X extender module PLEASE make sure you run this process once for each unit. Also be sure that you choose the proper device when upgrading the firmware.
