So I visited the World's 5th Tallest Tower, the Seoul Lotte tower. There were way too many people there and I do not think it is worth going again. The tickets were somewhat pricey, and their drinks were not very good either. Although the tower is part of an 8-floor mall, filled with high-end brands, from clothes to makeup, I would not go again.
