This is a video showing my 295lb pin front squat performed to a parallel depth, which is deeper than I previously performed with heavier weights. I am specifically using this lift to build quad and core strength, which are weak links for my deadlift. Prior to the ramp up sets for this lift, I performed 3 sets of seated calf raises and light front rack reverse lunges. After this single, I performed 5x10 high bar pin squats and 7 sets of 45 degree hip extensions on the Roman chair.
